Ceramic Lučenec – 18th Annual

The Ceramic Symposium in Lučenec has just completed its 18th annual event. This symposium is acknowledged at both a domestic and international level and strives to create a platform for creating and demonstrating ceramics. Because it has continually obtained local support from the city authorities, a collection of ceramics was specially created for the city. Despite all this, the preparation each year starts in some aspects from almost the beginning. Even though throughout the history of this event this 18th annual was the smallest by number of visitors, it was nevertheless the most productive. It was characterized by larger author collections as well as large scale works made possible by the Žiaromat factory environment in Kalinovo where the works were produced.
